SHIPPING POLICY

At Guide the Artist, LLC, we’re here to make sure your artwork arrives safely and timely. Your interest in our art is greatly appreciated.

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing your order. Shipping times may vary depending on the location from which you order and on the carrier. Typically, delivery takes 3-7 business days, but it may extend to 5-15 business days. We apologize if there are any delays caused by them. If your package gets lost or your item arrives damaged let us know at contact@guide-the-artist.com within 48 hours with a photo of the damage. We’ll happily replace it for you.

Please remember that any VAT, import fees, or other charges imposed by your local government upon delivery are your responsibility.
