RETURN POLICY
If there is an issue with your order, we won’t leave you hanging! If something has gone wrong, or your item wasn’t as you were expecting – we will do everything we can to make it right.
We do our best to offer accurate photography of the artwork, but please be aware that color calibrations often vary between devices. If color accuracy is a concern, we recommend viewing the item from multiple devices (desktop, iPhone, etc.).
At Guide the Artist, LLC, we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you ample time to request a return after receiving your item.
For your return to be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@guide-the-artist.com. If your return is approved, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will promptly assess the issue and take necessary steps to rectify it.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
Please note that we do not offer exchanges.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
